Application:

This machine is a professional equipment for die-cutting, creasing,

embossing coated paper, white cardboard, kraft paper and other paper. It is suitable

for all paper packaging products such as paper cups, cartons, medicine boxes, and handbags.

Main Featurers:

1. All key components of the equipment and control system are imported products, and are assembled precisely to ensure that the die-cutting pressure is stable, the positioning is accurate, the operation is stable, and the operation is safe and reliable when the equipment is running.

2. The movement structure adopts an automatic oil circulation lubrication system, and the oil shortage alarm protection ensures the smooth operation of the machine and prolongs the service life.

3. The oil circuit adopts the external cooling type, and is equipped with a flow monitoring and alarm system, which is convenient for detection and ensures good oil pressure of the machine.

4. Servo motor feeds paper to ensure stable and accurate paper feeding; and photoelectric tracking detection device ensures paper positioning accuracy.

5. Die-cutting pressure control: The worm gear transmission structure is adopted, the die-cutting pressure is sufficient and uniform, and the pressure is directly adjusted by the touch screen.

6. Pneumatic locking system for die-cutting boards, easy to operate, the die-cutting boards are customized in Taiwan, accurate and durable.

7. Equipped with paper jam alarm system, when it is detected that the equipment is jammed during die cutting, it will automatically stop and alarm.

8. The electric control system is controlled by PLC and HMI, equipped with various safety protection devices.
